Patchouli is a sweet and earthy scent with a rich history. A member of the mint family, this plant has been used for everything from medicinal treatments to scenting Queen Victoria's sheets. The strong, musty aroma is easy to identify, it's pungent and also believed to be an aphrodisiac.

6 oz. bar of soap wrapped in kraft paper bag printed with soy ink.
Saponified sustainable palm oil, coconut oil, olive oil, essential oil of patchouli and ground patchouli.
Nice smooth lather
Wish the bars were a bit less thick but longer. Small hands here and it is hard to roll the bar in my hand.
Fragrance is dissipating quickly, needs more fragrance.
Gentle cleaning with little after residual.

The scent is to die for, it's pure patchouli but soft and fresh as well and the soap doesn't dry out my skin at all, even during a heatwave with only 10% humidity. Will definitely repurchase.

This Patchouli soap is wonderful. The scent is very distinct, but not overpowering, it lathers very nicely and lasts longer than others I have used.
