Sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, and essential oils of eucalyptus, tea tree, menthol (peppermint).
I just love these fizzies! They are great ANY morning! So pure and cleansing! My sinuses say,” HELLOOOOOO, Morning!” and they DO ABSOLUTELY unstuff me on an icky head day!
Using this when my asthma is flaring up and it really helps.

Due to my nerve problems I dont take bathes often, they are more of a treat but I shower daily recently I have been pretty sick, I just got these in the mail an hour and a half ago and between this and the oh my stuffy nose soap is the only reason I can breathe out of both of my nostrils right now.
