Lather in hands or rub bar directly on wet hair. Scrub away removing dirt and oil. Allowing the bar to dry between uses is a must!

I've gone through a Goddess shampoo bar and loved the scent, but the Tingly Mint has it beat on lather, scalp feel, and longevity of scent. I wouldn't say the shampoo makes my scalp "tingle", but it's cooling and feels very nice and refreshing. I will say the bar tends to get soft faster than the Goddess one, so it sticks to my bar holder at times. But it's not wasting much and will be easy to wash off when it's done.
