I have some pretty wild 4c hair, i have a buzz cut and keep it shorter then an invh and a half at all times. I do have to wash my hair daily due to me being sweaty every day from my job, i was able for a little bit to use just this shampoo alone but if you also use the conditioning bar with this it is beyond a perfect combo for super healthy hair
