So I have horrendous insomnia, I get anywhere from 2 to 3 hours of sleep normally. Once i added Mountain Maddness Lavander into my life I am now hitting about 4 a day but I decided to spray a stuffed animal I normally have in my arms as I go to bed and I can honestly say I got 9 hours of sleep for the first time in a while.
I don't know anything else I can say besides you need this if you steuggle sleeping like I do.
I legitimately love this for my bedding, I’ll use it around once a week. However I recently learned that my dog doesn’t like it that much. I now use this to my advantage, if she’s hogging the bed right by my head guess the pillows need one spray. She will then go lay by my feet, so she must not totally hate it.
The smell itself is pleasant and not chemically, which tends to bother my head. Love it but with it getting me more of the bed I’ll definitely keep some on the nightstand.
