Distilled water, organic shea butter, organic cocoa butter, unrefined olive oil, vegetable glycerin, emulsifying wax NF, Stearic Acid, Vitamin E and Germall II.

There is a slightly oily feel after application that quickly absorbs. I think that my biggest balk at this point is the price. A positive is that it doesn't take much so I anticipate it lasting longer than expected.
